• A credit card number is required to confirm a reservation. A $35.00 cancellation fee will be charged if reservations are canceled 7 days or more before arrival date. If canceled inside of 7 days a one nights stay will be charged. Cancellations of 24 hours or less are charged for the full stay as requested, so Please, only reserve the days you will need. No shows and early departures will be charged the full reservation.

•Check out is 11:00 AM and check in is between 2 PM and 6 PM. If you will arrive after 6 PM please give us a call.The office hours are 8:30 AM till 9:00 PM.

•We accept children, ages 8 and older, in Hanna's and Laura's suites only.
• A $100.00 surcharge if evidence of smoking or use of candles in the room
• Rates do not include the 6% Florida and the 3% St. John's county tax
• We do request a 2 night stay on weekends and a 3 nights stay on some Holiday weekends
• All rates are single or double occupancy
• All holidays (including Valentine's Day) and the 2 weeks of Christmas 'til New Years

are weekend rates.
